The intensive of Shamanism is a theoretical practical workshop that aims to provide an experiential experience of a deep encounter with the inner, with the spiritual world, with the Great Mystery where we will reach an understanding to heal human suffering, providing them with a broader vision about pain, illness and death. This intensive, in itself, is a spiritual initiation for those who have felt the call in our hearts to act as intermediaries between the material and spiritual world - whether as healers, messengers or counselors - putting ourselves at the service of light, peace, balance, harmony, health, unity ... with all that we live a greater understanding with the Whole, thus providing more health and well-being to our lives.

PROGRAM

Day 1 - ARRIVAL IN MEXICO

Welcome to México D.F.!

Pick up and transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Free day to walk around Mexico D.F. or rest from the plane journey.

We will enjoy a welcome dinner to connect the energy of the group.

Day 2 - VISIT TO THE BASILIC OF GUADALUPE - HISTORICAL CENTER

In the morning you will start a tour in Mexico City with a local guide and our mexican team leader, Patricia Martín, who will give you the spiritual part of Mexico. You will see Mexico City in an intimate way and you will soak up the mystical wisdom of its places.

Day 3 - VISIT TO FRIDA KAHLO'S & DIEGO RIVERA'S HOUSE - PYRAMIDS OF TEOTIHUACAN

In the morning you will start a tour in Mexico City with a local guide and our mexican team leader, Patricia Martín, who will give you the spiritual part of Mexico. You will see Mexico City in an intimate way and you will soak up the mystical wisdom of its places.

Day 4 - TLALTONATZINTLI - WELCOME - OPENING OF SACRED SPACE TO 4 DIRECTIONS

The bus will pick us up at the hotel and will take us to Xoxocotla.

Welcome. Introduction and tour of the facilities. Opening of the Work to the 4 directions. Delivery of our Tonalamatl (printed with the cosmic energies that sheltered us at birth, alternative names, choose one in meditation).

Dinner and deep rest. Accomodation.

Day 5 - TLALTONATZINTLI - SHAMANISM

Greeting the Sun.

Cosmo-perception of the world.

Ritual to silence the mind in front of Grandfather Fire. Songs and prayers to invoke its power of transmutation and purification.

Shower & breakfast.

11am The essence of shamanism.

What is a Shaman? The shamanic work. The limits of shamanism.

Cosmo-perception of the world.

The world of unreason, of witchcraft. Dualism in our being. Respiratory exercise to balance the energy and prevent the penetration of external disturbing influences in the energy field.

1pm Separativity and unity connection with the guardians and spirits of Nature. Excursion and meditation in the river.

3pm Conscious tasting of delicious vegetarian food.

4pm Refreshing nap.

5pm The Tonal and the Nagual. The sense of existence: transcending duality. Breathing exercises to clear false dualism. Experience of alignment with the energy of life and loving strength of Mother Earth and with the light that is willing from above.

9:30pm Dinner and deep rest.

Day 6 - TLALTONATZINTLI - RITUALISTIC USE OF THE BROOM AND THE SAHUMERIUM

7am Greeting the sun and yoga. Shower

9am Breakfast.

10am Ancestral teachings.

The 4 directions, the 7 directions. Colors, guardians, elements and associated regents.

Toltec greeting to the 7 directions.

11am Ritualistic use of the sahumerio and the copal. The smoker. Delivery of the complete equipment.

Ceremony of initiation as carriers of the Sacred Fire.

1:30pm Sacred walk to offer to the Sacred Hill of Sapo.

Fluency exercise: let yourself be carried away by the Apantli current.

3pm Conscious tasting and repairing nap.

5pm Ritual use of the broom to straighten the heart and sweep the energies of the astral. Preparation and consecration of the broom.

8pm The shamanic song and dance; the drum and the rattle. Dance around Grandfather Fire

9:30pm Dinner and deep rest.

Day 7 - TLALTONATZINTLI - XOCHICALCO CEREMONIAL CENTER

7am Greeting to the Sun. Tour of the frog Labyrinth and yoga. Bathroom in the Apantli.

9am Breakfast.

10am Xochicalco Ceremonial Center. Guided tour, ceremony at the altar to Quetzalcoatl. Blessings under the light beam at the Observatory.

3pm Fish tasting in the Laguna de Coatetelco and restorative nap in hammocks at the site. Return to Tlaltonatzintli.

7pm El NO HACER. Carrera a ojos vendados.

10pm Light dinner.

Day 8 - TLALTONATZINTLI - ART OF FEATHERS AND SHAMANIC HEALING

7am Greeting to the Sun. Silencing of the mind in front of Grandfather Fire and yoga

9hrs. Breakfast.

10am Reading your Tonalamatl. Selection of name to be planted.

Feather art craft. Preparation of earrings and/or headdresses.

3pm Conscious tasting and restorative nap.

5pm Illness, movement of the spirit in alignment with life.

Shamanic healing: energetic spiritual cleansing. The connection with the forces of the cosmos. Shamanic constellations.

9pm Dinner and deep rest.

Day 9 - TLALTONATZINTLI - ALTAR AND OBJECTS OF POWER

7am Greeting to the Sun. Yoga

9am Breakfast

10am Altar and objects of power. Energy management of feathers, knives and power stick.

Red Road practices:

• Vision Quest, Sundance & Moondance

• The Sacred Pipe

• Sacred Mexican rituals:

• Name planting, Delivery of Navel, Tilman Mooring, New Fire Lighting.

1pm Temazcal ritual. Death and Renaissance. Immersion in the Apantli.

5pm Restorative nap.

8pm Breaking fast with consumption of Etzali (bean broth with corn).

Day 10 - TLALTONATZINTLI - SOWING OF NAME

7am Greeting to the Sun. Yoga.

10am End of fasting. Recapitulation of the experience.

1pm Mud pot. Experience of unity with Mother Earth.

3pm Conscious tasting and restorative nap.

6pm Name Sowing ceremony: presentation before the Directions and addresses, before the spiritual world. Name Sowing ceremony based on the alternatives presented in reading your Tonalamatl. White clothing or traditional attire, Ixcomekatl (front) and fajilla roja (red belt protection) are required.

9pm Dinner and deep rest.

Day 11 - TLALTONATZINTLI - CLOSING AND FAREWELL

7am Greeting to the Sun, yoga and immersion in the Apantli.

9am Breakfast.

10am Final recapitulation, closing ceremony and farewell.

12pm Departure in the bus to Mexico City.

Day 12 - RETURNING HOME

We will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the airport to return home. In the suitcase you will take many memories and powerful moments of transformation and the heart wrapped in a new flame that will bring powerful changes in your life.
